Regardless of perspective, our current food system is broken and there is a dire need for us to improve it. Cena focus on combining changes on a macro level via governmental policy & industrial ecosystems, with micro improvements of bringing better products & innovations to market quickly.
In addition, we believe that the focus on foodtech must be viewed from a holistic perspective of our ancient past. After all, food innovations started thousands of years ago & there are many benefits in knowing our past while building our future
